I had no idea there was such a think as Popcorn Cake, much less that you could try it for free. I mean, man, cake and popcorn, together? That’s brilliant!

I have seen Emeril make a popcorn cake-where he puts the popcorn in a bundt/tube pan and covers it with a marshmallow mixture much like rice crispy treats. I’m hoping to remember to make it this Halloween.

I also make a popcorn cake for the holidays. I add peanuts and candy, like M&M’s & gumdrops, to the popcorn and melted marshmallow mixture. DELICIOUS! It’s become a family favorite and is super easy!
