Finally, picture editing on my Mac again

The excrutiatingly pretty, er, handsome (sorry, dude—but you’ll always be pretty to me) BB just alerted me to the fact that in today’s Amazon Lightning Deals, Photoshop Elements 6 for the Mac is just $59.99.

I lost my copy of Photoshop when my hard drive blew up a few months back, and I’d lost the discs and couldn’t justify a full-price replacement. This, however, I can do. Thanks, BB!

  1. Mir, thanks for posting this! I have been putting of buying this for quite some time. The price is up to $69.99, but that is still quite a savings. I can’t even get it for that cheap through Apple with my educator’s discount!

    Thanks again!

  2. I lost my Microsoft Trips and Streets, disc nowhere to be found, search my little bitty home top to bottom. The disc eating demons have devoured it. Please let me know if you find a really good price on a trip planning software. How am I supposed to find my way now???

  3. Our office had a fire & I just called Apple, let them know the credit card info we made the purchase with & we were able to get back up disks for super cheap. Same with Microsoft Office. That was like 10 bucks or something like that. Well worth the wait on the phone.

  4. I’d like to put in a word for Picasa. It’s free, and while lightweight, it does a most of the things most people use.

‘Cuz we’re all too pretty to spend money if we don’t have to.
