Be the house with the water park

There’s been a recent… I don’t know if I would call it a scandal, really, though uproar is not far from the truth… anyway… issue about Bonzai products and how they apparently Photoshop their product images to make them look much bigger than they actually are. Check it out.

However, folks are reporting that the Sidewinder Blast (which is currently down to 54% off with free shipping at Amazon) is actually pretty big—plenty big enough for multiple children to play on and love. And if that’s true, that’s a pretty sweet price for a whole lot of summer fun, right there.

Of course, I don’t need one of those because my idea of entertaining the kids in the summer is to throw popsicles at them and lock them out of the house. (Just kidding! I always hand them the popsicles.)

  1. That thing looks awesome!

  2. I bought one of those Wild Waves Water parks for 50% off, end of season clearance at Target. It’s still in the box in storage for next summer…but thanks to you link, it’s going back to the store TODAY!!!!
    Thanks, Mir!

  3. We don’t have one of these, but seeing the huge discrepancy in the size makes me laugh – wow photoshopped!

  4. I think the word you’re looking for is “kerfuffle.”

  5. We rented something similar this summer for a party, and it was hard to clean up and pack up. It also caused the lawn to smell like dead fish for a day.

But the kids went wild over it!

  6. Hey, I’m the popsicle house in the neighborhood. Mostly because I like them myself. Have even been known to hide my favorite colors under bags of frozen veg.

Took my son to a birthday party one time where they had a HUGE blow up slide/swimmy thing. Turned the yard into an absolute bog. A huge, muddy wreck.

  7. I was thinking about getting one of those – and then I read the reviews.
