Amazon is currently running a couple of promotions: First, the DSs are $10 off. That’s good, but not great. (If you’re willing to suffer through some Black Friday shopping, you may do better with that.) The real advantage here is that they have all colors in stock, which is rarely the case. Second, select games are buy 2, get 1 free. If you’re looking to buy multiple games, that one’s actually a pretty good deal.

Nintendo is coming out with a DSi within the next year. I’m sure the DS’s will be discounted even further if you can wait.
Bill Me Later is also having a promotion of $20 off the DS game system – by combining that with the buy two get one free deal I got a system plus three games for under $150!
Just to let you know-you can’t get the bill me later $20 off on the ds. I tried numerous times yesterday. I was disappointed, but with no tax and $10 off I am still ok with it. Although it’s outrageous!!!

i was able to get the 20.00 off just the ds yesterday. my total was 99.00. i was thrilled as these never seem to go on sale!!
