(Me, I won’t be switching over until regular DVD is obsolete. And then you’ll find me kicking and screaming and clinging to my discs. Look, the switch from VHS was plenty traumatic and I’m just not ready to do it again. But good for you for embracing new technology. Can I come watch a movie at your place?)

So I don’t know about on sale – but something not well advertised – there are two out there – an LG and a Samsung – that will stream movies from Netflix. So you don’t have to own blue-rays… which was the deal maker for me. I hate owning movies but love the whole HD thingy. Perfect gift for hubby for Christmas….
You probably know this, but Blu-ray players will play DVDs as well as Blu-ray discs! Yay for not making my dvd collection obsolete!
I’m not wealthy enough to change over my collections every time they change the technology. So I still have a VHS player, a cassette player and an LP turntable!
