Good morning! I’m about to pack up my brood and take them to a math competition. Don’t be blinded by our coolness, now. Not everyone can be as hip as us. (Why yes, the ring on my cell phone is Weird Al’s White and Nerdy, why do you ask…?)
If you’re shopping today, though, I’ve got you covered.
Old Navy just launched their baby, kids, and maternity sale. Prices are up to 40% off, and there’s a wide selection from which to choose.
Barnes & Noble is offering 50% off select games, and the savings can really add up, there. Stock that gift closet! (Thanks for the tip, Katie!)
Want a free sampler download of world music? Here you go! And don’t forget to check out today’s Amazon Gold Box and Lightning Deals; men’s and women’s slippers are in the box today, under $15.
If it’s Saturday, that means there’s PowerHours at Kohls! (Seems like those should come with a space ship or at least a really cool laser gun or something.) Code EXTRAKC15 gives Kohls charge card holders an extra 15% off, and MVC1797 will give you free shipping.
Shoes.com is offering an extra 15% off already-reduced sale prices with coupon code SAVE. Which is practically a divine sign that you deserve new shoes.
I’ll be back later, with a chance for you to have an awesome dinner on me. I mean, not on me because that would be uncomfortable in a variety of ways, but I mean… oh, you know what I mean. Check back this afternoon for your chance to win!
Hey Mir –
Your link to Old Navy isn’t working. Not that I don’t know how to find it myself, but I thought you might want to get credit for it at least 🙂
Off topic: I am bummed because amazon cancelled my order for those lemon cranberry bars…I guess free was too good to be true. And they won’t honor their mistakes and all that. Yet another reason I quit buying groceries from them…
Mine were cancelled too! Total bummer!!!
“White and Nerdy” – second only perhaps to “Amish Paradise” 🙂
Funny you should mention that, because last night I just watched the episode of 30 Rock where they have a stripper come to their Christmas party as a “human table.” As if that wasn’t icky enough, she was hacking up loogies the whole time. Ah, high class entertainment, eh?
I’m kinda laughing at Kohls “Power Hours” because that term has a totally different meaning at our school. Power Hour is the first hour at our afterschool program, an hour where kids either get tutoring, do homework, or read quietly. it’s very structured and very good for “our” kiddos.
Amazon cancelled my order also! I was really looking forward to trying the bars…oh well!
Thanks for the heads up on the Old Navy sale – I picked up some summer clothes for Gracie. Also – did you know that if you fill out ON’s survey, they donate money towards one of five charities? Pretty cool!
