(Thank God It’s Finally Friday Because This Week Has Been Too Long.)

(What?)

You may recall that last week’s Amazon Friday Sale was somewhat lackluster. Will they redeem themselves this week? Let’s find out!

I’ll be honest; I think I may be a little too old for this sweater, but I sort of love it anyway. Currently select Apparel purchases come with a magazine bonus, too, which can be redeemed for a rebate.

I own these Circulon skillets (though I think I paid quite a bit more for mine). Although I have embraced cast-iron cooking here in the south, when I want an over-easy egg? It’s straight to the Circulon. Nothing sticks. Nothing.

If I didn’t have a family (and the need to make half a loaf of bread into toast at once) I would totally buy this toaster.

I keep telling myself I can’t justify buying a George Foreman Next Grilleration because we can use our patio grill all year round… but with nearly 500 positive reviews, my resolve is weakening. Also: Waffles! Paninis! Charred meat! The possibilities aren’t quite endless, but they are intriguing. It’s a neat little device, for sure.

Ooooh, the Breadman 2-pound breakmaker is down to $75 again. Very tempting. (But then what would I do when I’m angry, if I have no dough that needs hand-kneading?)

Been waiting for a great deal on a Dyson? Wait no more—they have a refurbished Dyson DC17 Animal available for $340 shipped. (And if your pets are really bad, you might want to look at the Hoover SteamVac Spinscrub Pet, too, for $140 shipped.)

Sandal season is coming! Get your feet ready!

Don’t forget to check out the Friday Five, too—five great MP3 album downloads for just $5 each, for one day only. I’m not really into vampires, but I see the Twilight soundtrack is one of today’s options. And don’t forget to check the Gold Box and Lightning Deals today, too.

Nice work, Amazon. I think you redeemed yourself. Now let’s not let a sale like last week happen again, mmkay?

  1. You are diffinitely not too old for that sweater! It’s really smart looking.

  2. The toaster looks like the Brave Little Toaster! I could not have it for the same reason as you (I have a 12 year old son in with three girls – my god, can they eat!) and I would want to give it a hug and a squeeze and end up singeing myself!

  3. I hate to correct your pretty self but there is a twilight soundtrack and score. The soundtrack is not what you expect when you buy it. The score is more what you’re expecting and is fantastic. This album for $5 is the score. Like I said you’re still really pretty and great and all that.

  4. Ooh, the breadmaker ships for free, too! Too bad mine is working just fine. I can’t justify a replacement.
