Oh, Wednesday

Hey, remember the JCPenney Wednesday Deals?

Yeah, neither did I, for a while. There was a long stretch of time there when all of the deals were, like, one lamp, a dog statue, and a few banded-bottom polyester shirts. But today’s selection isn’t bad at all. In fact, I’m thinking a few of these trays might be great for the gift closet, to whip out for wedding or hostess gifts.

And maybe I want a pair of these rain boots. Maybe.

[Edited to add: Looks like you can make it even sweeter with code APRSURV9 for 15% off. Woo!]

  1. LOVE the boots! Pretty Dear Mir, any chance you have any promo codes that you’d like to share? You know how you’ve spoiled me into never wanting to pay shipping or anything crazy like that…

  2. We’ll (as in I’ll make my husband) give the SilverTab jeans a try. $16.99 isn’t bad for $55 jeans.

  3. I’m chuckling at the way it says “keeps feet dry on those wet days…” THOSE wet days? But what about THESE? Do you have different boots for THESE wet days? I know that’s dumb, but I didn’t sleep much last night because I was searching the gift closet for something I apparently already gave away, and I suddenly HAD to go through the pile on the guest room bed… I guess I need something for THOSE sleepless nights, huh? Or would that be THESE? Okay, I’m going to shut up now. 😛

  4. You are awesome as usual! Thank you for the code! You are truly a full service gift shopper, money saver and comedian all in one pretty package! Thanks again!

  5. Bummer, not available in my size / geographic region. Back to deciding which ones I want from Target, I guess.

  6. Those ARE cute.

  7. those boots are cool! My daughter would wear them. She’s 22, and loves polka dots of all sorts!

  8. Rats, the code doesn’t work on Levi’s! Oh well, in for one pair for hubby.

  9. I just got the rain boots, which will pretty much guarantee that the drought continues…but my little boy will be so happy that I have proper footwear for jumping in puddles with him.

  10. The rain boots are out of stock and “no longer carried.” I have to move faster next time! 🙁

  11. Couldn’t resist the rain boot. Despite the $5.95 shipping cost – more than half the cost of the boots – ack!

    Thanks, pretty one.
