Try recycled, for free

I was at the grocery store this weekend and for the first time noticed that you can now buy recycled tinfoil. What a good idea, I thought. Then I saw the price. And I died.

But Reynolds wants to let you get a free roll (via rebate) to try out. It’s only available today, though, for Earth Day.

That’s two of my favorite things: Recycled, and free. Cover that foil in chocolate and we’re talking everything I love all in the same place. (Thanks, Natasha!)

  1. It’s been my experience that covering chocolate with foil works better than foil with chocolate. Mmm… fudge!

  2. What a great idea!

  3. There’s a coupon in one of the recent inserts (not sure which, my mom brings them in a pile) that’ll give you 55 cents off. Covers the cost of your stamp anyway. :>)

  4. Glad to see Reynolds is “going green” with the recycled AL foil. Too bad the printed rebate form uses half a cartridge of ink!!

  5. Hopefully it’s better than the alternative brand out there, I think it’s called “If You Care”.
