I ordered a blouse and jacket on April 30th after one of the “good” deals from Coldwater Creek and still have not received it. I called today and got the run around big time and still no resolution.
That’s so unusual. I order from them all the time and usually get stuff long before they say I will, and have never had a problem. I’d call again and ask for a supervisor — their service is really good, I’ve found.
