If you are not currently on a stupid elimination diet that stupidly prevents you from eating any form of stupid dairy, then I guess you could go down to your local stupid Haagen-Dazs shop and get a free stupid scoop of ice cream between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. tonight, May 12th, 2009.

I did a dairy, wheat, egg white elimination diet a few years ago and it was quite miserable. Then come to find out, after eliminating dairy for a full year, I wasn’t allergic to any of those items afterall! The doctor read the test results wrong. UGH! I hope you’re able to figure out what’s triggering your symptoms.
UGH! I’m not on an elimination diet, but am on the first phase of southbeach. So I’m pretty sure stupid ice cream is out for me too. Hang in there!
Just to make you feel a little better, I have to report that my “free” Mother’s Day ice cream cost me $8! Yup, my scoop was free, but I bought 2 kiddy scoops (for my 2 kiddies) and they turned out to be 4 bucks each! Will I be going to Cold Stone Creamery any time soon? Hmmmm.
So not only are you not having any bad ice cream, you’re probably saving big bucks. And I know you love that.

I feel your pain. I did the TOTAL elimination diet (down to 6 measly foods, mostly rice-derived) while nursing my highly sensitive daughter. it SUCKS!
