That’ll net you $25 dining certificates for just $5 out of pocket, which is like finding a $20 bill in those pants you haven’t worn since two years ago.
For those of you new to Restaurant.com, there will be 60%, 70%, and possibly even 80% coupons available later on in the month. However, some restaurants release certificates on a monthly quota basis, and sometimes they’re sold out later on. These 50% coupons at the beginning of the month are a good way to buy certificates for those restaurants. Just sayin’.

This must be because we’re now in the thick of “the season” when all of the tourists and snowbirds are in town, but almost all of the $25 certificates have been marked up to $15 instead of $10. One restaurant was even offering a $25 certificate for $20… and there were only two left!
I should start stocking up on these things in October. Now I know.
I just used my first certificate a couple of nights ago. SO easy to use! It would be un-smart to pass up these deals if they are at restaurants you’d normally go to anyway. 🙂
