Sew right

Are you a quilter? Seamstress? Other person who… ummm… sews stuff? (Okay, you caught me; the extent of my sewing ability stops at reattaching buttons.) You might want to check out the Deal of the Day at fabric.com, because today is Wednesday, and Wednesday means it’s the Wednesday Web Busters.

Sure, it sounds a little painful, but I think they mean it’s special prices on stuff for Wednesday only. I mean, I’m pretty sure.

Shipping on your $35+ order is always free, and a lot of their fabrics certainly look pretty, even though I’d have no idea what to do with them if I bought any….

  1. At this risk of this posting twice (not sure where the last one went!).

I’m a quilter, I’m a quilter! I didn’t realize fabric.com had Wednesday Web Busters, so thanks for the tip!

  2. Fabric.com is my favorite place to buy fabric. They ship fast and everything I’ve gotten from there is very generously cut. They even accepted a return on a piece of fabric that wasn’t as soft as I had thought it would be.

  3. you can sign up for their e-mails too and get all kinds of deals. There prices are very good.

  4. YAY! We’ll be seeing more deals from them, it seems? That’s just awesome.

  5. Alas, I don’t do much with fabric, although I have made pillowcases, curtains, and chair covers. Special circumstances only!
I do, however, love to crochet, so if any of you pretty people know of great sites for deals on yarn I would love to hear about them! I recently discovered some great deals on ‘nice’ yarn on ebay. Made in Italy, fancy fancy! 🙂
