Wish I could help you Meg, but I have the same question. It said the code was applied when I put it in as a tv/radio code, but my balance did not change either.
When you order first at Restaurant.com, on your order confirmation there is a link to order from ProFlowers. You have to spend $29.99 at ProFlowers to get the discount. Also, their regular free basic vase deal doesn’t apply on this, so you have to pay at least $6.99 extra for the vase, plus $9.99 for delivery.
