Don’t forget the soap!

There’s a new player in town in the battle against actually, you know, going to the store. Heh. Today Soap.com opened to the public, and there are several reasons why you may want to check it out.

First, it’s a shared cart with Diapers.com, so if you’re already shopping there, how handy is that?

Second, they have just about everything you might find at your local drug store or Big Box retailer, all in one place, with automatic free 2-day shipping on $49+. (I don’t know about you, but all I have to do is think about going to Target and $50 falls out of my wallet….)

And third, I’m about to make it even better for you. Right now, visit Soap.com and code WANT4632 will take an additional 15% off your order. They’re also doing a promo where your first order of $25+ ships free with code SHIP25. These codes cannot be stacked, however, and shipping on your $25-$49 order is $5, so you’ll have to figure out which one saves you more based upon your order size. Or just get up to $49, get free shipping, then use the 15% discount code, besides.

A quick word to the wise: As with many sites of this scope, you do need to pay attention to the prices. When shopping, I found some items were real bargains, while others were marked well above what I’d pay at my local grocery store. With a little vigilance you can clean up on the savings, but do bear in mind that not all items are going to be value-priced.

  1. I’m an Alice.com lover (free shipping on anything above 6 items) – curious to know how the prices compare.

  2. Love this so much. Thanks for sharing!

  3. I just ordered a bunch of toiletries to be shipped to a place I’m visiting next month. Less to pack! Thanks!
