I haven’t bought any shoes in a while. And in browsing today’s 6pm.com deals I find myself trying to justify things like deeply-discounted python platform peep-toes (try saying that five times fast). Do I need shoes like that? No, I do not. I have nowhere to wear them, and indeed might look as though my profession was something else entirely if I dared to don them. But I kind of love them.

Sigh.
