I love all of these “just for today” sales. Are they supposed to create a sense of urgency? Convince you that if you don’t buy-buy-buy on August 12th, you’ve missed your chance? (It’s possible I just don’t understand how retail management works, I guess. But these are the things that keep me awake at night. What if you were sick today? Or you’re getting paid tomorrow? What then?)
