The best deals, minus the crowds

Every now and then my husband drags me in to our local Best Buy. They have great deals, but also always seem to be filled with people who have important technical questions for the staff such as “Which one is the any key?” (Okay, maybe that’s just my local store. But seriously, sometimes I think I can feel my IQ dropping the moment I step in there.)

Thankfully, you can get all the same great deals without ever leaving your house (hooray). Why, today you can still take advantage of their weekend back-to-school deals, which include things like free shipping on all netbooks (some of which are already reduced). It’s a great way to get the cool stuff you want without fighting the crowds.

  1. We took the home theater plunge this weekend and used Bestbuy.com to order and the big screen TV was $200 cheaper than in the store. Same package deal. We could have had them price match at the store, but it was easier to sit in the living room and make sure we had it all right.
