DS stands for “Defender of Sanity”

It’s true, I rule over video game usage with an iron first—the Nintendo DSs are “out the house” toys for our family—but boy am I glad to have them along on long car trips and such. So you know I’m always on the lookout for cheap games.

I’m pretty sure both of these have cycled around in the past, but I’m posting them again, just because at these prices, I wouldn’t want anyone missing out. Right now Amazon has Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force for $9.99 and Blue Dragon Plus for $6.26; both are liable to keep your kid busy for hours, and both are a lot easier on the wallet than the typical $30 game.

But hey, if you prefer an endless chorus of “Are we there yet?” I guess you can skip this one.

  1. Pretty, pretty Mir, thanks for the tip on the Club Penguin game. I popped over to Amazon and had one shipped (free! because of Prime!) to my nephew for a little extra birthday lovin’.
