Yes, I found out first hand that soap.com has very good customer service but very poor order picking as well. I ordered two things on last week’s gillette discount and they only shipped one of the two even though both were on the shipping list. They did cheerfully ship the other when I called but it seems like a pretty inefficient way to run a business, paying for shipping twice.
