Just a suggestion

So let’s say you picked up one of those $20 Soap.com Groupons in the last week. Now you’re wondering what you really need to buy. And maybe what you need most is shampoo or detergent, but allow me to make a suggestion:

While you’re ordering, check out this Oral B CrossAction Power Toothbrush. Why? It’s currently $13.35… but if you scroll down on the page a little, you’ll see they’re currently offering a $10 off coupon, making it just $3.35. (Don’t forget to check the box for the coupon—it doesn’t add automatically.)

Even better: Manufacturer’s coupons don’t appear to reduce your total when it comes to getting free shipping, so you’d only have to order another $12 or so of stuff to get to the $25 threshold and ship your order for free. It’s a great way to use your $20 Groupon, and a nice deal on a toothbrush, to boot.

  1. I got, “The Product is not available in your area. Please select another item. You may continue to check out with the remaining items. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

  2. I think its means “Out of stock”.

  3. I was so excited to receive my first soap.com order in the mail today…but it was someone else’s stuff in my box. 🙁 I guess this is good, so I can test out their customer service, right? 😉

  4. For the other stuff you buy, there’s also a coupon code that works. 🙂 MaMa3569 It’s for 20% off. It just worked for me! Yeah for Bumble and Bumble products with a discount!

  5. Yes, I found out first hand that soap.com has very good customer service but very poor order picking as well. I ordered two things on last week’s gillette discount and they only shipped one of the two even though both were on the shipping list. They did cheerfully ship the other when I called but it seems like a pretty inefficient way to run a business, paying for shipping twice.
