I actually schlepped myself and two kids over to Sears yesterday to order sales merch. from the store so the shipping would be free. Now you’re telling me if I had waited one day it would have shipped free AND been 20% off? *shakes fist at sky* WHY?!
Claire – I ordered earlier this week online, and was also with the shaking of fists and the “Why?” So I checked their price adjustment policy and contacted Customer Service. They checked my order, confirmed that everything was eligible, and agreed to credit my card the difference. All through online chat.
