Happy January 31st! You know what that means, right? You have just two weeks to buy into the hype of a Hallmark-manufactured holiday about loooooove. (Someday I’ll tell you how I really feel about it….) While I’m all for bucking the corporate machine and all, I’m also all for an excuse to by new lingerie. Ahem.
Perhaps I’ll go check out figleaves.com, because right now coupon code FIGSAVING takes 20% off your order (it appears to work on regular- and sale-price items, but not in the outlet), and as mortified as my husband is going to be by this post, I may need to make it up to him later.
This post just caused a dubious logic loop that’s making my head hurt.
My hubby’s gettin’ a card and a couple chocolate pretzels . . and it’s our anniversary too. We’re so bad we never even go out to a restaurant for our anniversary, because we don’t want to wrassle over tables with the zillion other couples out there. We were so young, and stupid, and suckered in by Hallmark . . .
