Kohls, I wish I could quit you (not really)

Oh, Kohls. Don’t ever leave me, baby. Where else can I pick up socks for the kids, cute shoes for me, a new tie for the mister, and a crock pot, all while wearing my pajamas and spending almost nothing? Nowhere, that’s where.

(Not that I am confirming or denying that I’m still in my pajamas at 2:00 in the afternoon. Ahem.)

So here’s the deal: Right now the Presidents’ Day Sale is on, and everyone gets free shipping on $75+, automatically. Everyone also gets $10 Kohls Cash for every $50 spent. Plus, if you have a Kohls charge card, prepare to save a bundle: Use coupon code FEBSAVINGS for 30% off and coupon code MVCSHIP for free shipping on any order. (Seriously, when they do a sale like this, I wonder how they make any money at all. Craziness.) No Kohls charge card? You can use code NEW8588 for an extra 10% off, anyway.

At these prices, with the Kohls Cash, they’re practically paying us to shop. Not that I’m complaining.

  1. If it makes you feel any better, I put on a clean shirt and a bra, but I’m still wearing pajama pants.

  2. Grrr. I just ordered all new glasses, got them yesterday.

  3. So, inquiring minds want to know which crock pot you got? LOL!
i am dying for that 4 qt programmable one
and have been watching on amazon, i could kick
myself for not getting it when it dropped to $50 something for a brief moment
on amazon! with the coupon, it is cheaper than amazon’s $79 right now though,,,, oh,,,,

And you are even prettier in your jammies!

  4. Is it silly that I love that they *don’t* call it “Kohl’s Kash”?

It appears I’m easily satisfied. 🙂

  5. Ahh- i ordered yesterday, but my coupon was only 20%. Bummer

  6. I’m a total sucker for free shipping. 🙂

  7. Time to buy some more Oral B toothbrush heads. Yes, this is what I buy everytime there is a 30% off coupon – don’t envy my exciting life!

  8. My husband and I have been at Kohls twice in the past few weeks, and we manage to entertain the cashiers every time. First, I asked if we were using my card or his. He said, “You’re in charge of all things shopping. I just pick-things-up-and-put-them-down.” We’d bought a vacuum cleaner. The next time, my new medicine was making me drowsy, and I had trouble packing my bag. Yes, I always bring my own bag, even to Kohls. In between these visits, daughter and I bought official Super Bowl gear at Kohls; they had some awesome Aaron Rodgers t-shirts (be still my heart), I had $30 Kohls Cash, and I had a 15% off. And she, lovely young woman, didn’t do anything embarrassing.

  9. Thank you belatedly for this info! I just used the codes this morning. We are minus a bunch of spoons and forks from our Oneida flatware set as a result of my six-year-old’s new job of clearing the table. Apparently the supply has been dwindling for awhile, but the situation only achieved sufficient direness for us to notice yesterday. I thought about buying a set of four replacement spoons–area of greatest need–from the Oneida website. However, even with their still ongoing Presidents’ Day reduction, the set (with shipping) would have been almost $20. Thanks to the Kohl’s codes, I can get four full place settings for under $27.

Oh, and we’ll now be checking the garbage can each time the aforementioned six-year-old finishes his chore. Lesson learned.

  10. It’s Feb. 28…will the codes still work today?
