Friday flew the coop

I guess that technically it’s not Friday itself that flew the coop, but one of my kids. Gone on a school trip! Without a parent! Hold me. It’s a little early for chocolate, so shopping shall have to appease me until later.

Today’s Target Daily Deals include an array of cute (and cheap) dresses. Only 20% off, but they weren’t that expensive to begin with, and you get the free shipping, so yay.

Over at 6pm.com I am like a moth to a flame whenever Borns are on sale (what can I say? I know what I like!), but there’s plenty of other brands in today’s spotlight, as well. And for a limited time, shipping is just $5! Which means I may have, uh, had an easier time justifying my purchases. Ahem. (Oooooh… they have the Cole Haan air pumps on sale. Not by much, and they’re still ridiculously expensive, but… tempting.)

Meanwhile, over at the Amazon Friday Sale, there’s… a whole lot of coffee and tea. And also soda, which baffles me, because the “special” price is about twice what it costs at the grocery store. Clearly I’m missing something; perhaps this soda is laced with platinum. Or cocaine.

The Friends & Family sale is on over at The Body Shop, which means you can use coupon code FF2011 through the weekend for an additional 20% off your order. (Free shipping on your $30+ order, too.)

And now, more coffee for me. I hope your Friday morning is off to a great start!

  2. It’s NEVER too early for chocolate, silly!

  3. Chocolate — it’s not just for breakfast anymore.
