Every year for the holidays, Groupon starts busting out some awesome deals in celebration. This hallowed time of year is called Grouponicus, and it’s a celebration I can get behind.

The first (of what I hope will be many) holiday deal is this: Get half-price gift cards for American Apparel—pay $25 for $50, or $50 for $100—which you can then use either in-store or online.

I, personally, am not quite hip enough to shop American Apparel. But with gifts to buy for those hipper than myself, I can see this coming in handy….
