Woot the force

I’m not saying I would necessarily encourage my children to whack at each other with lightsabers, I am just saying that today’s Kids.Woot is a 4-pack of “Color Changing Extender Light Swords” which look suspiciously like lightsabers, and only cost $15 for 4, shipped.

Maybe I’m saying that I’m considering it, is all.

Remember, kids: It’s all fun and games until someone gets a lightsaber in the eye. Be safe out there!

  1. Heh. The wedding I went to this weekend was a wedding of geeks – as they introduced the bridal party during the reception, the couples came out with lightsabers and “dueled” for a bit before forming an archway for the bride and groom to pass under. Very cool.

  2. I bought this for my grandsons birthday in April. They look really cool.

    Just FYI:
when I checked out — here is the breakdown — it was slightly more than $15

    which each cost $9.99
    for a subtotal of $9.99
plus tax collected by Woot + $1.16
    plus shipping + $5.00
    for a total of $16.15

  3. Yeah, I’m getting these for my son, yeah, for him, not for me, no, not for me.
