I hear that the current polar vortex of doom (or whatever we’re calling it…) is going to abate this weekend, but in the meantime, it’s just good sense to make sure you have plenty of reading material on hand, right? Right.
Today at Barnes & Noble they have the Nook version of Someone Else’s Love Story by Joshilyn Jackson for just $1.99, and so Amazon is matching that price on Kindle, too.
This is Jackson’s latest novel, and the reviews are fantastic. For under two bucks you really can’t go wrong.
woop woop! i found out about her through this blog…now i’ve read every other book she has out. great stuff! thanks.
Am I remembering right that she’s one of your besties? Off to explore!
Yay! Thanks, this has been on my wishlist for a while.
It’s definitely my new favorite of Joss’s, so if anyone is thinking of getting it, definitely do it!
thank you! I’ve already read it but for this price now I own it digitally
I found her through you! I’m not usually what I think of as a “normal fiction” reader, but I pre-ordered this one, and the characters are still with me over a month after I’ve read it.
The sale price isn’t even showing on my Nook. It’s 12.99 on Nook 🙁
I am ashamed to say, that even after hearing about her from you lo these many years, I still had not read one of her books. Because I am cheap, and I don’t (ahem, normally) pay more than a few dollars for a book. But. Two dollars is right up my alley. While I was purchasing the book, Amazon suggested that I might like one of her short stories for 99 cents.
The short story is devoured and left me wanting more. However, I have things that *must* get done today so the novel will have to wait. I also have a very strong feeling that I will be treating myself to her other novels over the coming weeks. Why didn’t you tell us she is so awesome?! 😉
I just went off to research which book I should get after this one, and accidentally noticed that the short story is a prequel to the novel I got yesterday. I have a feeling I will be up half the night reading 😀
