Every time there’s another round of discounts at Last Call by Neiman Marcus I end up prefacing it with these are not the same as deals at Kohls because someone invariably complains that the prices are still too high. So, to clarify:

Deals at Last Call are still expensive. There, I said it. That said, if you’re in the market for designer goods or a fancy evening gown or whatever, hitting up one of their sales and plundering the clearance can really pay off. I mean, I’m not in the market for a $100 dress every day, but if it’s formal season and the original price was $700? Maybe! My point is that this is the time to scoop up some of their deepest discounts of the season, but don’t expect to be getting items for a couple of bucks.
