Hooboy, it’s been a long week here. I’m not sure why. I even double-checked to make sure it had only the regular number of days in it (it did), but it just seems to have dragged on and on. But no matter! Because today is the Amazon Friday Sale, clinically proven to remove warts, smooth cellulite, and give you younger, more youthful skin.

I’m having a bit of trouble getting over the belt, but I suppose this is a great price if that special man in your life has a boy scout fantasy or would just be willing to, you know, wear these like a normal person instead of hiking them up to his armpits.
This isn’t a bargain-basement price, but it is a decent deal on Blokus Trigon. If your family loves the original Blokus, this may be one you need to add to the collection this year. (And if you’ve never heard of Blokus, you must check it out, because it’s huge amounts of fun for all ages but also gives your brain a workout.)

Wonder how well that corn zipper works. Did you see the Also Bought item – a mango splitter! Kitchen gadgets are my weakness. But I shall pass on these two items. The Blokus Trigon is really cool, though.
The ice cream maker is there again, too. $25 this time! I forgot last week and it saved me $5. I think it’ll make a nice family gift from santa.
Pretty Mir, don’t miss the Littlest Pet Shop Get Better Center set for $17.49 instead of $24.99. They are great presents for girls 5-8 or so. These are pretty popular, and I’m a little surprised to see them in the Friday Sale.
OK, the mango splitter? A gift from the gods, I’m telling you! I actually will buy and eat mango now. My mom bought one for me, and yes, it’s a single use thing, really, but wow does it work!

I think all young ladies learning to shave should have to use the cheap bic pink razors we all used when we started shaving! Kids today have it too easy!
The shorts are a bargain. But hmmm…he wouldn’t be able to wear them until next April or May. Darn snowy winters.
Regarding removing corn from the cob: I saw a great tip on the Food Network (Robin Miller’s show). Place the pointy end of the cob into the hole of a bundt pan. Slice down the cob with a knife, and all the corn lands perfectly in the pan. Hey, I’d be proud if I made that one up all myself.
Hehehe.. pink tools! I used hubby’s DeWalt this past week, and told him that the only thing wrong with it is that it’s not pink! And then here you are with the perfect pink tools (except that they are not DeWalt, the king of drills.)
