For little kids (size 5T and under) Old Navy has some adorable costumes for $19.50.
Thank you! MUCH easier to pick out a costume then dragging the two kids (under age 3) to the store. And the 3 year old was thrilled to be Superman. Even though he knows nothing about him–just that his backpack is Superman.
