I don’t know about you, but it was quite a week here. The kids returned to school and associated activities, my PTA responsibilities are already slowly sucking the life out of me, and this whole “getting up at the crack of dawn” thing is getting old. But none of that matters, now. Do you know why? Because it’s Friday!
I recommend a little breakfast, a little shopping, and a long weekend away with your sweetheart. Oh, wait. That’s what I’m going to do, but you might be doing something else. Who knows. Well, I do know that you’re not going anywhere with my sweetheart, because he’s going to be busy with me.
Anyway! Maybe you’ll do some shopping!
The Amazon Friday sale has changed format, slightly, but it’s still the awesome Friday prices we’ve come to know and love. Check out this deal on a Nikon Coolpix, for example. (Though Otto tells me I must tell you that the zoom is good, but the shutter lag is pretty bad. A “good basic carry around” but not sufficient for action shots. FYI.) Or maybe you’re interested in this fine item—on tremendous discount—because you, like me, saw it listed and was sure it was a kit for stapling clowns. Which you have to admit sounds like a lot of fun, no?
There’s all kinds of good stuff this week, so go browse around. There’s even a reconditioned Dyson in amongst several other vacuums.
Meanwhile, over at Overstock, we have a great weekend coupon if you’re planning on buying some furniture or a computer or something. $60 off of $500! If you’re not looking at spending that much, use that there 10% off any order coupon, instead. Easy. Either way, you probably need to go shopping for a duvet cover for the awesome deal you scooped up earlier this week.
