Or, take 8% off any size order (expires April 30th, 2007).
And last—but not least—if you’ve never ordered from Overstock before? Take 10% off your entire order if you’re a new customer (expires April 30th, 2007).

As we come to the end of what’s been the longest week of my life in recent history, I’ve never been quite so delighted to see the Amazon Friday Sale alive and well. Woo! It gives us something lovely to end the week on, and hopefully by Monday I will feel like a real boy, er, living human, again.
I have it on good authority that this caramel pirate booty
is not only healthier than caramel corn, it’s safe for orthodontic-wearing children to whom you’re afraid to feed anything even slightly sticky. (I’m torn; that’s such a great price, but I ordered a case of Terra Chips yesterday and how many snacks can I cram into my pantry, really?)
They have a nice laptop backpack
on sale.
Is it possible that anyone who reads Want Not doesn’t have one of these chef’s skillets
yet?
It’s a blender! It’s a food processor! No, wait—it’s both
!
Holy crow, that’s a nice price on an awesome set of pots
.
I can tell I’m starting to feel better, because I perked right up when I saw this: Scooba
!

Had your eye on something at Bean? Now through April 8th, 2007, get it shipped for free by using coupon code 5250187.
There’s lots on sale, including their indestructible backpacks. Why, my children are probably using theirs as kickballs on the playground right now as I’m writing this.

I know I posted this one before, but it expires March 31st and a bunch of the Terra chips have just come back in stock (or are showing as “in stock soon” and orderable) so it bears repeating: Get $39+ worth of Terra, Little Bear, and Garden of Eatin’ snacks
and take $15 off your order with coupon code SNACK233.
If you order Terra chips (my personal favorite, you know, when I can actually taste anything) they come out to about $2/bag, which is about half what my grocery store sells ‘em for.

I’m still sick (“We know, sheesh, shut up already”), so here’s something the lovely Julie sent in:
Get a free sample of Hamburger Helper Microwave Singles. I’m not a fan of this stuff, but I do enjoy that pasta that comes in a blue box, so color me hypocritical, I guess. Maybe you like it. Maybe you’d like to just try it, in which case this deal is for you.
Now, if anyone sees a free sample of flu-b-gone, send that in, wouldja? Thanks.

Well, that was a lovely nap. A lovely 5-hour nap. I know I said I think I won’t be dying, now, but I’m not altogether convinced that’s a good thing, yet.
Anyway. If my eyeballs weren’t busy melting out of my face, I’d probably watch some movies to keep myself occupied. And then I’d be really excited that Deep Discount DVD is having a $5.89 sale. Shipping is free, so order as many movies as you like for just $5.89 delivered, each.
They even have The Princess Bride, which is the ultimate stuck-at-home-sick movie.

… before I go back to bed.
They’re having a 70% off sale in toys
, so now would be a good time to start your Christmas shopping if you haven’t already. (But you have, because you’re smart and pretty and started during the post-holiday clearance sales.)
Not all of the good deals come up in that section, for some reason. Also go to the main toys page and look at the “top seller” lists to find things that might not be coming up on the sale pages.

(Posting will continue to be light, but with this lovely Tamiflu on board I am no longer certain I’ll be dying, so I can get online for a little bit without keeling over….)
Do people register for china anymore, when they get married? I’m really out of the loop, so I have no idea. I have my grandmother’s china and my mother’s silver, so for me it’s sort of a moot point.
But if someone wanted just a few settings of nice tableware, you’d be hard-pressed to do better than this platinum-banded dinnerware set
. The price (as of this posting; we know how Amazon loves to change prices) is just $39.99 for everything you need for four people, including matching silverware and wine glasses.

Sorry for falling off the edge of the planet with no warning, my pretties. I am in the grip of a nasty flu and will likely not be posting for a couple of days.
