   I can’t get the EXTRA15OFF coupon to work. When checking out, it applied the SHIPSUMMER coupon but nothing happens when I enter the EXTRA15OFF coupon. Suggestions?

   Lindsay, I had to wait for a bit to place my order because the site was so busy that it wouldn’t take my coupons. I went back a little bit ago and the site worked fine. HTH

   I’m having the exact same problem as Lindsay. The site will take the SHIPSUMMER coupon but not the EXTRA15OFF coupon. I’ve tried for an hour now. Any suggestions?

   Keep in mind that the EXTRA15OFF coupon works only on clearance items. That may be the problem—you’re using it on sale or regular price items, so it’s ignoring it.

   Phew! I was JUST beating myself up over not doing this, since my order SHIPPED this morning. But nothing I bought was clearance, so it didn’t matter. I was really pissed, because I thought I had spent $12 more than I needed to. Thanks for clearing up, Mir.

    I was just like Mary, beating myself up over the 15% off because it would’ve saved me over $13 … but nothing I bought was on clearance either. Now I can rest easy.
