I can quit any time, really

[Um… insert standard preamble about how it’s not my fault I keep going back to Amazon here.]

But! But don’t you think Trivial Pursuit Greatest Hits would make an awesome hostess or Christmas gift for a game-lover? Dontcha?

And this Radio Flyer Ultimate Canopy Steering Trike has a canopy, for crying out loud. 68% off and free shipping!

Please don’t show this American Girl 3-in-1 Game Tin to my daughter. Even if it is 60% off.

This Leader Megatron is “only” 40% off (ha! dontcha love a world where 40% off doesn’t seem that impressive?), but holy cow that is one cool Transformer.

Again, “only” 40% off, but if you want an awesome wooden building block set, this set by Melissa and Doug is the way to go. No lead paint!

If you are not a mean mommy like me who only lets your kids take out their Nintendos during long car trips, you might be interested in going through some of the discounted Nintendo DS games, as there are currently tons of kids’ options down to $9.99 – $19.99. (On the other hand, my strategy does make it a lot easier to say “Merry Christmas! Now get in the car for 20 hours!”)

Got a younger kid, with a V-smile system? Most of the V-smile cartridges are marked down, too.

Okay, the Tri-clops remote control vehicles are the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. And I’m not just saying that because they’re 64% off.

This outfit makes my ovaries hurt. And I don’t even have ovaries anymore. (Not only a great baby gift, but it’s just $10 and ships for free no matter the size of your order.)

Phew! Is it hot in here…?

  1. Oooh. That baby outfit almost, almost makes me ready to have a second child…but don’t tell my husband. Thanks for the deals, Mir!

  2. When I click on the baby link I get a $30 outfit that doesn’t ship free. Maybe check the link?

  3. Ha! Sold out already, hence the price change (different vendor, now). Sorry, Kristin!

  4. Didja see there is a video demonstreation of the wood blocks. DUDE – if you need a video demonstration of how to play with blocks STEP AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER! 😉

Now Mir – I need man stuff – find good hubby stuff, please?

Oh yeah, and you are like sooooooo pretty – have I told you how good you look today?

  5. I happen to love your Amazon links. Keep ’em coming!

  6. I second that – keep the Amazon links coming!!

And people, don’t forget to go to RefundPlease.com once you place your order with Amazon… just enter in your info and they will email you for up to 30 days if your purchase price drops so you can get a price adjustment!

(No, I don’t work for them… but they saved me $4.00 on a Christmas present, so hooray for them! And me!)

  7. I found several goodies at Amazon this year. I just ordered (through your Friday link, but not on the Friday sale) a DVD for my impossible-to-buy-for Father-in-law. Husband teased me for finding a $2 item to bump my $24 order into free shipping range. See if I buy him anything from Amazon this year…

  8. I hope M&D toys are lead free, and they claim they have better quality control than most, but they ARE still made in China and paint has chipped off of every M&D toy we own.

  9. Oh! Those blocks aren’t painted! Well, in that case, maybe I should do some shopping!

  10. Radio Flyer is coming to our house. YAY! We saved $75!!! I cannot tell you how happy I am (especially after a weekend of giving my blood and tears to Home Depot).
