Whoops! I probably should’ve posted this one last night. Anyway, today (February 12th, 2008) is National Pancake Day, and that means you have until 10:00 this morning tonight (10 p.m. is hard to read before you’ve had your coffee) to run on over to IHOP for a free short stack of pancakes. Um, is IHOP run by Orthodox Christians? ‘Cause last time I checked, Pancake Day was the same as Fat Tuesday, which was last week. Unless, of course, you’re Orthodox, in which case Lent is still just a blip on the horizon.
Maybe they just save money by doing this promotion during Lent!
Had mine today. Was a little ridiculous to trek out there for $4, but my four year old liked it, and I can’t resist any bargain!
