Don’t blink — Wii Fit

According to the text message I just got from Amazon, Wii Fits are going to be available at 10:25 Pacific, 1:25 Eastern. Which is in about two minutes.

In my experience, they show up and sell out in the space of about five minutes. Get ready to click if you’re wanting one.

[Edited to add: Anyone get one? I saw it, clicked, and it was gone. Harumph.]

  1. dang it! I had it in my cart, and before I could check-out, they went out of stock!!!

  2. By 1:27 they were sold out!

  3. I got one in time! Thanks Mir!

  4. Missed it by… that much.

  5. Aw, man! I didn’t even get a chance to see them in stock.

    Thanks anyway, Mir.

  6. Well, in honor of the occasion, perhaps everyone needs a reminder of the Wii Fit.

  7. I got both my Wii and Wii Fit the same way. After visiting every local store I called on two separate occasions to a more “down and out” part of town. Both times they had several available. The kids said that was very sad but were all glad I was able to capture them. It almost made me feel like I should buy an extra one and leave it on a doorstep….

  8. If you’re looking for a Wii Fit, try heading out into the boonies and check a small-town wal-mart. My rural Arkansas town of 14,000 is not eating them up– there are at least ten on the shelf here.

(I’d buy them and mail them to you all if I could figure out a way you could trust me w/ your money. Any ideas, just let me know.)

  9. i had my dad pick one up when he was in california from best buy. i’ve heard that it’s always good to ask even if you don’t see them on the shelves. the boxes are kind of big and bulky and some stores don’t want them taking up shelving space. just an idea. 🙂

by the way? it’s TOTALLY worth the money. 🙂

  10. I agree with Fuzzy, that’s how we got our Wii (and 2 others for friends). Although they were from Pamida, a mini verison of Wal-Mart, in my parent’s Middle of Nowhere Town, Indiana.
