Great. As if it’s not bad enough that I’m all discombobulated with jetlag, now I want curry for breakfast. Hmph.
Sorry I can’t figure out a better way to contact you, but I came across this gluten free article and thought of you… http://www.econobusters.com/?p=1687 She writes for a homeschool blog that I read (the freebie section- she is one of us, lol).
Today is Kashi day, too! Woo Hoo!
I just ordered more chicken curry paste… which I’ll probably get in late July or August, but that’s ok since I found this deal on Friday and stocked up on a few other varieties.
Can you tell I love this stuff?
I have found it works FABULOUSLY in the crock pot. My favorite application so far is to use (frozen) bone-in, skin-off chicken thighs. I let them cook for several hours on high with the curry paste and perhaps 1/4 cup of water. When they’re thoroughly cooked, I take them out and shred the meat. I also add several diced potatoes and a defrosted box of spinach at that time, and let the whole mess cook for a few more hours. So good. So very, very good. Why not have it for breakfast?
