We are huge Mario Kart fans, here. Huge. And so when I started hearing about a new Wii racing game that was even better, my interest was piqued. Of course, right now Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing is still $28 at Amazon, which is a little more than I want to spend on a game. Lookie here, though: It’s just $20 at Best Buy, and if you choose to pick it up at the store, there’s no shipping fee. (Lazy, like me? Have it shipped to your home for about $2.50.) $20 is about what I’m willing to pay for a Wii game, so I’m stoked. And if you need the Xbox or PS3 versions, they’ve got those for just $20, as well.
I can hardly wait to be thoroughly humiliated by my 10-year-old.

Do we know if this game requires any special Wii equipment (like the wheel)? We only have a couple of games and almost none of the fancy add-ons …
Jan: It uses the regular wiimotes. Plus, the Wii wheels are just plastic wheels the wiimotes snap into (not required, just fun). 🙂
