In general, I’d say this is one of those appliances where you get what you pay for. But when the price is right, from a reputable brand, I am willing to bend that rule just a little. (For reference: It runs about $28 at Amazon, where it has mixed but largely favorable reviews.)

If you’re willing to take a risk to save some money, this might be a good way to go.
