Bundle and save, then leap for joy

If you’ve been thinking about a Leapster gift, prepare to be completely psyched. Right now LeapFrog is doing a huge bundle deal that’s going to save you big bucks.

Start by checking out the newly-marked-down Leapster2; it’s down to just $35, but you’re going to click the “Bundle and Save Now” option. From there, picking the console, three games, and an accessory will save you 15% on your purchase.

However, many games are down to just $8 apiece. Add the console, three cheap games, and an accessory to your cart as directed (the messenger bag will hold everything and is currently down to $18). After you’ve added that, go back and add three more cheap games, for a total of six.

Everything but your last three games will be an additional 15% off, automatically. Your last three games will be another 10% off, automatically. And now your total is over $75, which means they’ll automatically deduct $20, and you can further add coupon code 15EMAILQ3 for another 15% off!

You’ve got the Leapster2, six games, and a carrying bag all for under $60 shipped (shipping on $50+ is automatically free). Not bad.

  1. Holy Cow! That is one fantastic deal! We have twins who have just taken an interest in big brother’s Leapster- may have to check it out!

  2. I didn’t make out quite so well as the cheap games didn’t look as though they would appeal to my son. I did get the Leapster2, messenger bag, and 3 games he’ll LOVE for $67 shipped. He’s going to be so excited on Christmas morning! Thanks Mir!

  3. This is a great deal. I got the leapster, bag and 4 games (batman, jedi math, rollercoaster, 1st grade), with tax, it came out to $63 shipped.

  4. I tried to do this just now and it’s only taking off the $20 for spending over $75, but not the $10 for spending over $50. Any idea what I’m doing wrong. For the bundle (with messenger bag), plus 3 games at $7.99, I’m being charged $78.84. Thanks!

  5. MJ, it’s $10 off $50 OR $20 off $75. Are you using the “Bundle and Save Now” button to add items to your cart, and are you using the additional 15% off coupon?

  6. Thanks for the quick response — yup, I’m using both the Bundle and Save Now (where I select the games and accessory) and the additional 15% off coupon. I did get the free shipping at least!

  7. Thanks Mir! I was wanting to get one of these for my almost 4 year old for Christmas but it was more than I wanted to spend with the other gifts I have for him so I didn’t get it. Now I just snagged the Leapster, 3 games he will really enjoy and the messenger bag for $67.00 with tax and everything. I totalled up the same purchase at Amazon for $113.00. Guess what he is getting for his January birthday?

  8. UGH!! I did their Black Friday deal and got a Leapster2 + 3 games + case for $83…I’m so bummed 🙁

  9. My 5 year old son thanks you profusely. Or he will, xmas morning . . .

  10. My 2 year old will be super happy come Xmas. I just got the Tag Jr., a carrying case and 8 books for $60.02 (over $43 in discounts!!!) That package would be more than twice that on Amazon! Oh, and I went through Shop At Home for another 4% cash back. I plan on holding back books for Valentine’s Day, Easter and his birthday next year. Thank you so much!

  11. Thank you! My girls will love this! Got a Tag system , case, and 7 books for $63!!

  12. Had already gotten pretty good deals on the Spongebob Leapster and Tag Reader, so I got 4 Tag books and 4 Leapster games (some of the more expensive ones) for $74. Less than $10 a piece for both books and games is a win in my book! BTW, your code wouldn’t work, but SAVE20 did…

  13. Bit the bullet and bought 2 leapsters and 6 games for our 3yo twins. The games may be a bit advanced for now, but they’ll catch on and will LOVE pressing buttons!

I went and ordered them on separate orders so I could get 15% off each bundle. If you’re buying more than 3 games and just one bundle — pick your most expensive games FIRST so you get 15% off those, then the rest can be 10% off.

    Thanks Mir!

  14. Thanks so much! I’ve been on the fence about a Leapster because my son might be just a little young for it. At this price, I can just hold the bundle of stuff until his birthday.

  15. I got a leapster for my youngest (because my older two haven’t quite outgrown theirs and, well, she’s not up to using a Wii so she gets a bit skimped on the “big” gift from their Grandpa & Uncle), FIVE cartridges, a set of headphones and a Lilly doll for our neighbors baby. . . for a whopping $61 with tax!!! It would have been $175 at Amazon (on sale)!!! WOOOHOO!!

  16. Where is the Bundle and Save Now option? I have added the Leapster2 and the Tag Jr. to my cart and I can’t seem to find it.
