Ahh… Missed it! I have a really great recipe for 6 week bran muffins that call for a box of bran flakes or raisin bran. You make the mix, and then can keep in your fridge for up to 6 weeks, and you just make a few each morning. They are SO good! It’s like you read my mind. Let me know if you see it again!
