Tea fixes everything

Y’all know I love tea, and furthermore, 10 points to Gryffindor if you can name my favorite brand (20 if you can name both my favorite black tea and my favorite herbal!), but that’s not to say I don’t buy other brands. Say, when they’re cheap. Or to keep in my stash, because no “here’s a little pick-me-up” or “thank you” gift would be complete without a box of tea.

Hey, how about these Celestial Seasonings Fruit Tea Samplers? 6 boxes of 5 kinds of tea apiece, just $8.73 delivered on Subscribe & Save. That’d be a handy thing to have around, no?

  1. I have NO idea what your favorite tea is, however, if you ever see a deal for Tea Forte, please please remember that one of your pretty readers has a love for them. They make the best little loose tea system ceramic mug that I got as a gift and I LOVE. I want to buy a couple for my tea-lovin’ sister and BFF, but have a hard time, you know, buying one. At full price. Not on sale. Seems wrong.

  2. I drink so much tea that bulk is the only way to go. The loveliness of a good hojicha in the morning, and chia rooibos in the evening. Is thrifty Mir aware that a good quality tea can be brewed up to three times? That makes the price much better.

That said, I did go a bit bonkers for the Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane tea when it came out in December.

Your favorite black tea is PG Tips. 🙂

  3. Ahh!! PG Tips, one of my favorites too! As is Typhoo. I guess I was too late to grab this deal though. . . it’s $30 now!

  4. Suz, if you look at the top of the page, there’s “more buying choices” and if you click there, it’ll take you to where it’s available from Amazon for the cheaper price. 🙂

  5. PG Tips! I just saw some at World Market last week and thought, “Hey! That’s Mir’s favorite tea!” Yes, I’m a dork.
