Kitchens of India is a little higher in salt than I wish it was—as many prepackaged foods tend to be—but I find their quality in general to be really excellent for the price, and I love having either an instant-meal-in-a-pinch option available for my picky vegetarian or an easy way to punch up something I’m cooking (hence the title of this post).
