Because I hate doing dishes

Okay, the last time there was a deal on Cascade, a whole bunch of you insisted the Method SmartyDish was your favorite thing ever, so I went and tried it again. I wanted to love it, truly. But I didn’t. Cascade is still my favorite.

If Cascade is your favorite, check this out: Right now Amazon has the 85-count Fresh Scent ActionPacs listed at $17.97. Subscribe and Save takes that down to just $15.27, and if you live in a state where you’re allowed Amazon coupons, scroll down the page a little to snag a $1 coupon, too. that’s less than $.17/pack, delivered.

Of course, if you don’t like Cascade, none of this matters. But if you do, that’s 85 times you don’t have to do the dishes. Money well spent, I say.

  1. One question…I have a horrible time with the gel parts sticking together, then it being almost impossible to separate them without ripping the outside and getting the gel on my hands. Ew! Do you have that problem? If not, any clue as to what I’m doing wrong? I keep them in the original packaging and have not let them get wet, but I can’t seem to solve the problem.

  2. I wonder if they are getting too hot and melting together? You should contact Procter & Gamble’s customer service. They would probably know and maybe send you some coupons.

  3. Laurel took the words right out of my mouth. I would definitely contact them. I keep mine in the original bin, under the sink, and haven’t had a problem that way, BUT one time I bought from Amazon in the summer and some of them arrived melted. Yuck.

  4. Awesome deal!! Thanks Mir. I have tried other brands as well and just love Cascade.

  5. Ok. You got me. I am going to give them a try.

    Thanks Mir!

  6. Darn. I needed to see this sooner.

  7. I’ve seen the same problem with heat and sticky gelpacks. Also, I have noticed that if my hands are the slightest bit damp, it causes them to stick together or break open, so I always dry my hands well before reaching for one.

  8. Looks like the great deal is gone. I can find the $17 price by clicking “see more buying choices,” but the s&s option and the coupon are not there.
