Long ago and far away, I had the opportunity to review a cool pillow with a speaker embedded in it for Cool Mom Tech. I didn’t say so at the time, but this pillow has single-handedly saved my sanity. (Why? Because my son’s bedroom is right above mine, and pre-speaker-pillow I used to be able to hear his audiobooks droning above us for hours. Bleah.)

Today’s 1DayDeal at Meijer is that very same pillow! True, their discounted price is $22.49, which isn’t that much less than the regular Amazon price of $29ish, but I don’t generally see this on sale at all, so if you want to save a few dollars, it’s worth checking out.

Particularly if you have a kid (or a spouse) who’s addicted to audiobooks.
