A very Star Wars Christmas

If you’ve been wanting the LEGO Star Wars Advent calendar for this year, you’ve no doubt been watching it and trying to get over the sticker shock. With a MSRP of $50, I personally believe it should contain actual gold along with space frankincense, or whatever.

Anyway, I still think $35 is a little bit steep, but that’s Amazon’s current price and it’s the lowest it’s been. For die-hard fans/collectors—or generous grandparents—now is the time to buy if you’ve simply got to have this one.

I have to confess that I find the minifig AT-AT kind of adorable.

  1. Thanks, Mir! I was looking at it the other day at $39.99. My boys ask for the Lego Advent every year.

  2. I just ordered my girl the Friends Advent calendar shipped direct from a store (not in my town). They are super hard to find and Amazon prices are stupid. So if you HAVE to have one, ask your local store if they know of any stores that still have in stock and call them directly.

  3. I opened our Christmas box last week to discover I bought last years on clearance in January. Yahoo! I think I got it for $19.

  4. Whoa. I love those, but isn’t Hanna Andersson taking on licensed characters one of the signs of the Apocalypse??

  5. Back up to $39 when I take the link. Funny how that $4 makes a difference!

  6. Target currently has them on sale for 39.99 w/ a 5.00 off coupon in their Christmas circular being mailed out. spend 50.00 & you’ve got free shipping.
