Those of you who follow me on Twitter may have noticed that I had a wee bit of a panic last night. See, every year the elves bring brand new, matching pajamas for the kidlets on Christmas Eve. Generally I am right on top of this—of course I help the elves do their shopping!—but somehow I forgot about it this year. And then when I remembered, I remembered that with a teenager and an almost-teenager, many of my go-to pajama places were going to be out of reach in terms of the sizes I need. And as I started looking at stores that carry coordinating jammies for the whole family, I started feeling faint from sticker shock. (*coughcoughHannacoughcough*) Cue the panic!
Except don’t, because eventually I remembered that actually, Children’s Place makes their cozy snowman fleece pajamas in adult sizes, too. Crisis averted!
I placed my order last night, but lucky for you, they’ve extended their current Friends & Family promotion for one more day—so if you shop today, get free shipping on every order, and use coupon code FRIEND30HPK2K for an additional 30% off everything.
Those $30 adult pajamas come down to $20, which, don’t get me wrong, is a lot more than this cheapskate normally spends on jammies, but it’s doable. Especially when you consider the number of heartwarming photos we’ll get of the children looking embarrassed and sullen.

Thank you thank you thank you!! I spent an insane amount on somewhat Christmas-y pjs at Old Navy but now I can take them back since I got these for half the price. Yay!!
I might get these, hadn’t thought of the adult size option. Also Lands End has cute ones, maybe not quite as expensive as Hanna.
Not something I normally do – the matching PJs thing – never really thought of it but this is too cute to pass up! With kids 12 years apart, it’s tough to do but I am going to torment the 16 yo this year and make him wear these on Xmas morning. I will have at least 1 set of future torture, ahem, I mean cutesy matching pictures!
I saw your tweet last night and I have been searching for the kids annual PJs too. CP doesn’t have the size I need. Please don’t tell me I have to go to a store….
What about calling your local TCP and seeing if they have the sizes you need in stock, Sherri?
Just got great deals on some newborn for my new grandbaby due in May – Thanks!
