Remember the Groupon Goods Midsummer Mystery Item? Were you willing to gamble $15 on a mystery item guaranteed to be “25% to 99% off retail” and maybe something fabulous?
I’m not going to lie; when I got a shipping notice, I went and checked the item tracking because I knew it would tell me the item weight. When my package was listed as weighing only two pounds, I grumbled a little. But! Maybe it was a small electronic item!
The suspense ended yesterday when my box arrived, although not right away, because when I first opened it up I had no idea what I was looking at. It was… something cylindrical. And camo-printed. It turns out that I got one of these. On the up side: It has great reviews, a normal price of $40, and my friends who do fitness-y things assure me this is a very cool item. On the down side: Camo print, I am not a fitness-y sort, and I’m a little afraid I might hurt myself on it.

Nah, I’m always looking for good sensory items for my kiddo… he’s a fan of deep pressure and I suspect he’ll like it. I think it’s going into his room. 😉

The camo print is unfortunate, but foam rollers are awesome. The one that I keep in my living room gets used daily by both me and my husband, and my son plays with it.
Just put it on the floor and roll your back on it at least once before you exile it to Monkey’s room.
oh man, that thing is a torture device, that I must use regularly. Lay on the side of your thigh and roll down and you’ll know why. That is a good price for that thing!
I got 12 bags of sriacha flavored popcorn. Priced it against Amazon, and I got a good deal, but tasted it and Im not a fan 🙁
I haven’t got mine yet. I hope it’s at least as good as crystal earrings or a whole bunch of sriracha popcorn, because both of those sound good to me.
Ohhhhh, foam rollers are things of wonder! You may find the camo print is completely forgivable. 😀
I got a bottle of Gucci Flora Perfume. It retails at sephora for $71, so I got a great deal. I was nervous because I don’t love many perfumes, but this one was perfect! It is the georgeous gardenia scent and while it really smells nothing like gardenia it is a wonderful floral scent. I am super pleased with my mystery item!

I got the same as Karen V – Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia.. I’m really pleased and it was a great deal. I would totally buy more boxes if they do it again too!
Mine says that it has shipped but it doesn’t give a weight
If it gave you a tracking number, when you track it (with anyone; USPS, UPS, FedEx, whatever) that page should tell you the package weight.
The tracking # is from DHL and it states the info is not available yet..humph.

Groupon emailed me when it shipped on Aug 9th.Still waiting. I tracked it this morning, no info available. Just tried again, says it came from OH and is currently in MD traveling DHL. It weighs 2.1 pounds so I’m pretty anxious to see what it is.
Got mine today and it was not the popcorn and it was not shipped by DSL (despite the original notification) It came by USPS. Anyway, it was a red Houdini fliptop cocktail Shaker and stainless steel pocket flask. How did they know? Supposedly $54.90 value previously on Groupon for $26.99 so I’m happy enough.
I received the same as Mari. A fliptop cocktail shaker, which would be great if it was made out of metal, but it’s plastic and I’m not sure if it’s BPA free. But the flask is cute and will get used for camping and hiking.
