Apologies for my disappearance yesterday—I was sucked into the vortex of an out-of-town doctor’s appointment for one of my kids that went on for hours and hours and hours. (In other news, if anyone knows Dr. House personally, please let me know.) (What do you mean he’s not real??) Ahem. Moving on!
The Amazon Friday Sale continues to be beverage-a-riffic. I’m not a huge Lipton tea fan, but their flavored green teas aren’t bad, and all of the ones featured in today’s sale can be gotten for an additional 30% off (between coupon code LPTONTEA and Subscribe & Save discount), making them each around $7 delivered for 6 boxes. The price is certainly right, is my point.
The Gold Box holds contoured memory foam pillows for just $15 each, and don’t forget to check out this month’s batch of 100 MP3 albums for just $5 each, too. (I usually head to the music right after I discover that yes, the Friday Sale is still looking kind of lame.)
6pm.com is all about fitness shoes today (Saucony, New Balance, Nike, Asics, etc.)—which is fine—but did they have to headline the site with “Bathing suit season is coming” just to hawk the shoes? Low blow, 6pm. Very low.
Got little kids? Osh Kosh is having a big Buy More, Save More sale this weekend—use coupon code SAVE15 for 15% off any order, code SAVE20 for 20% off your $50+ order, or code SAVE30 for 30% off $75+. I am totally sad that my kids no longer fit into wee adorable overalls and such.
This weekend The Body Shop is offering a free almond body butter and free shipping with every $25+ purchase, no coupon required. That’s a $16 value on the body butter alone! Niiiice.
And finally, if you love the undies from Aerie as much as I do (what can I say; I’m a sucker for actual cotton, which is getting harder to find), this weekend you can save 25% on your entire purchase there with coupon code 29476801.
I am off to find more coffee. After yesterday, I feel like I should be shooting it up instead of drinking it….
If you find Dr. House, please let me know! We could use his services as well.
Got the Lipton Superfruit Purple Acai and Blueberry earlier this month. I use it to make a pitcher of iced tea Saturday mornings, It’s a nice change from plain water since I don’t add sugar. Also, replaced my afternoon cup of coffee with a hot cup of tea. Yes, old dogs can learn new tricks!!
Mir – what happened to your Amazon Deals on your sidebar? I miss it. 🙁
Curis –
I still see the Amazon deal box – does your browser need to be refreshed?!
From now on, consider yourself my personal shopping assistant. Needed bras and undies and now that is DONE! Without having to go to a store and taking my clothes off!
Retail therapy. It won’t kill what ails you (or cure Chickie’s rash), but it might be more fun than looking at bad hair on a lousy doctor all day.
