Smell great, even in the heat

For some reason people keep telling me that insisting that Bath & Body Works sells “all kinds of smelly things” isn’t really good marketing for them. I cannot imagine why. They do sell all sorts of smelly things. Just, you know, good smelly things. Sheesh.

Right now they’re in the final days of their semi-annual sale, and that means prices of up to 70% off on tons of items. Today’s special deal is that you can use coupon code STOCKUP to get their anti-bacterial soaps for just $2.50 apiece, but there’s tons of other stuff on sale, too, and if you don’t need that code, use code RMN1030 to take $10 off your $30 order (it’ll save you the shipping and a little extra).

So stock up for yourself, for gifts… it doesn’t matter. All that matters is that these are yummy smelly things, cheap. What?

  1. Maybe you should start saying they have “scentalicious” things instead. Yeah, it sounds silly, but it’d get you off the hook for calling their items smelly. (I, on the other hand, always say, “Oh, the smelly store!” whenever I walk by it in a mall, but that’s mainly because I’m kinda allergic to their mix of smells. It’s like a huge waft of sinus pain. 🙁 )

Oh! Maybe scent-sational? (Yeah, I know. That’s even worse. Sorry.)

  2. Any idea as to the shelf life if they go in the gift closet for stocking stuffers?

    • I often buy right after Christmas for the next Christmas, so I wouldn’t worry about buying stocking stuffers now at all. It’s not like you’re going to eat it. 😉

  3. Thanks, Mir! I just wanted to make sure it would still smell great six months from now.
